The Monumental Bridge is an imposing marble structure, built in 1895 where once was the door Arc of New Walls; the project was presented in 1890 by the engineer Cesare Gamba and architects Ronco and Haupt.The bridge crosses longitudinally via XX Settembre and is 21 meters high, the structure consists of a large brick arch, the arches below are supported by marble columns on which is placed a decorative sculpture in stone.
