Pinacoteca Civica di Palazzo Volpi

The civic art gallery of Como, hosted in Palazzo Volpi, offers a collection of paintings and sculptures of the early Middle Ages, Romanesque, municipal and Viscontean periods, paintings from the Renaissance and Baroque, works of the eighteenth, nineteenth and twentieth centuries. The visit allows, in this way, to follow the vicissitudes of local art, from the Middle Ages to the research of twentieth-century artists such as Aldo Galli, Mario Radice, Manlio Rho, Carla Badiali and Ico Parisi.
