Oratorio di San Francesco piccolino

The oratory of San Francesco Piccolino is a religious building in the center of Assisi, near the New Church. It was built in the thirteenth century through the initiative of Piccardo, nephew of the saint, in the place where Pica gave birth to St. Francis of Assisi. It is decorated with frescoes painted between the thirteenth and the fifteenth century.
