Documented from the XII century, the church was rebuilt along with the bell tower by A. Venturoli (1778-81). The interior stucco are by G. Rossi and A. Moghini, statues of the Evangelists and Prophets byf U. Gandolfi (1781); the frescoed vault and the basin are by A. Guardassoni and L. Samoggia.
