Chiesa di San Francesco d'Assisi e Convento dei Cappuccini

The Convent of the Capuchin Friars and the adjacent church of St. Francis of Assisi are two sacred buildings built in the XVIII century. The monastery has a beautiful cloister paved with suggestive flagstones of local stone, with a well in the center. The church lies along a driveway surrounded by tall cypress trees, hiding inside two sculptural masterpieces in gilded wood: a reliquary and a custody of the Holy Sacrament.
